Yay I just got my 800th win. My rating is 6962 atm. Im trying to use the tips I recieved on IRC (Tnx Caff) in my game. My short goal for the moment is to be able to have a stable rating of 7000-7100. I've only got a rating of 7012 once but I can't seem to keep a 7000+ rating just now :(I think most of my wins and current rating comes from having a slightly better speed than lower rated players and some rare wins from 7300+. I am not using any kind of strategy or t-spins in my current games.
If I had to name one bad thing about my current games is the way I clear garbage. I think its way inefficient and I seem to use loads of one-liners to clear stuff.
On the positive side I think its the way I keep playing even when I am high stacked or this could just be a normal thing to do ofcourse :) It gave me some nice wins though ...

Was wrapping up my casual games last night and in the final game i came across an I block cheater and got the chance to video it with my digicam. It was a fine run today. First I lost some points causing my rating to swoop down to 6500. Then I set my goal for today and it was 200 wins. I just reached that goal and my rating went up to 6900 again.Also won my 1st round of the blockstat tourney vs Batou. 10-6. In the beginning I was falling behind until 2-4. I think we got at 6-6 and then Batou lost the last 4 games. GG m8 :-)

Yay just got my 100st win online on standard. Also got my 1st win with push mode today. My rating is bouncing between 6200-6600 with a top of 6718.Only been playing for a few days and I played vs Mendosa today which was 19-7 for him. using T-spins most of the times he got the better of me :)
Also start using the game tracker today. You can't enter a game which has a 0 in the score, like 2-0 or something. Also those foreign names I use ??? in the opponents name and also add his/her rating.

Hi,I just today joined on blockstats. In a quest to improve my Tetris DS skills I came along this site. Really great job. I can see loads of stats and also see that there are enoug players here with much better rating then me.
That combined with the irc channel hopefully I can play more games vs better peeps and improve my game in the process.
